Indigenous Leadership Bursary
Created through the sharing of traditional culture with members of the LCS community, this bursary reflects the belief that traditional Indigenous knowledge is foundational for Canadian leaders.
It supports Indigenous students from across Canada whose lived experiences, perspectives, and worldviews strengthen the fabric of our school community.
Process to Apply:
- Write an email addressed to the Assistant Head, Enrolment Management (admissions@lcs.on.ca) indicating your interest in being considered and what makes you a strong candidate (max 650 words).
- Submit a letter of support from a teacher, community leader, coach, or similar.
- Parents/guardians must complete the Apple Financial Services application.
Criteria for Renewal:
- Maintain an academic average of 80% or above.
- Have no academic failures.
- Maintain strong citizenship and community conduct.
